CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND FILMMAKER

Hybrid Creative, Bel works across a range of disciplines - including design, integrated campaigns and poetic documentary. She is a data visualisation specialist with vast experience within corporate branding and film.

Bel has directed several video essays, music clips and corporate videos, created advertising campaigns and videographed videos for TV, cinema and other electronic media. She directed the Neil Simon comedy God's Favorite (Teatro Ipanema) and also designed numerous posters for classic theatrical productions such as Cyrano de Bergerac (Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim) and The Taming of the Shrew (Teatro João Caetano). She was also an Art Director for 5 years with Brazilian TV channel Shoptime (Globosat).

Visual Art and Journalism graduate, post-graduate in Fine Arts, Bel works and lives in London.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST AND DRAMA INSTRUCTOR

in memoriam (1942 - 2017)

Co-author of "Voz em Cena (Voice on the Scene, Livraria e Editora Revinter Ltda)". Professor at Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UNIRIO), M.A.: Business Management and Competitive Intelligence (UNIRIO) and B.A.: Dramatic Arts (UniverCidade), CAL, Wolf Maya School of Acting, among others.

Marly had vast arts experience. Her emphasis in using “the voice as professional instrument” led her to become one of the biggest speech trainer for theatre, TV and cinema. As a drama instructor, she has worked on several TV Globo shows, including the docudrama series Por Toda a Minha Vida - Elis Regina, Nara Leao, Dolores Duran, Raul Seixas and Cartola, the miniserie Dalva e Herivelto and the long-running soap Cheias de Charme. She has also vocal-directed a number of plays.

As an executive voice coach, Marly has conduct lectures, seminars and training sessions at many companies, including Agora-Brokerage House, Petros, Cemig, Banco do Brasil, Petrobras, Serpro, Alerj, Golden Cross, ESG and the office of the Attorney General of Military Justice.
